  • Payments can be made via approved online payment methods, cash, or bank transfer.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of participation until fees are cleared.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing or via email. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which considers administrative costs, resource allocation, and timing of cancellation. Refunds are not issued for missed classes or non-attendance unless due to special circumstances at our discretion.
